The purpose of this phase is to develop and agree on solutions to the identified problems. The more solutions are generated, the more likely the problem will be solved.

03. Rapid prototyping

Building a lightweight early-version of a product to validate an initial business idea. It is a way to rapidly test the basic ideas and assumptions behind the product. This can save you time and money.

04. Results evaluation

Evaluation is the final step of the formal decision process. Evaluating the outcome may help you as decision maker about your hypothesis.

05. Did it work? If not, go to #2

This is a very important step on the process. If the results are not what you expected, it's better go back to review new ideas and prototype again.

06. Implementation

This is the time to develop and launch the product or solution and collect feedback from your users or customers.
